Glowrah, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, used skincare products cannot be returned.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Damaged items due to misuse
• Products without original packaging

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer / original payment method.

🔁 Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• If you received a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.(With Proof)
